Registered Nurses with experience of the care sector are invited to apply to enhance the team supporting on various operational challenges within Wales and the South West of England. This could be working in homes with home managers and clinical teams, to fix issues to improve standards of care, providing face to face training, or ongoing monitoring of quality of service. You will be expected to build relationships across a network of homes in the Region, undertaking quality improvement and support visits. You should be familiar with the requirements of health and social care regulators and with quality improvement processes.
Candidates will be expected to have good communication skills, be able to develop reports, have good IT skills and understand performance management.
